A few things that no one really wants to know about me:

I never quite worked out what I wanted to do with my life. I couldn’t decide between Art or Sciences when I was younger so I ended up with an unused Physics degree and an accidental career in Facilities Management. I now work as an office space planner / moves Project Manager (adults dolls house). I live and work in central London which I love above any other place I know.

I’m a self confessed geek and collector of gadgets. I love to travel and see new places (though I have not been able to do this nearly as much as I would like). I am an amateur photographer (with a lot to learn) and I have recently taken up drawing again after 12 years. I love to read, mainly novels. If I am alone it is very rare that you will find me without a pair of headphones in or on my ears but you would probably be surprised by the contents of my iPod as my music taste is quite wide ranging.

I am now old enough to say that my taste buds have matured enough to appreciate whisky, anchovies, very dry white wine, coffee without sugar and various pungent cheeses but they aren’t mature enough to like sprouts or mushrooms yet.

I have a wonderful husband, Mat, who keeps me healthy and happy and keeps me laughing. He also occasionally still sneaks sweeties into the shopping trolley ;)

I am not a girly girl to say the least, but I do seem to like pink a lot more than I thought I did!
